Dolphin Creative Promotions (DCP) is looking to hire a full-time account executive who would like to support AND grow our existing customer base.

Responsibilities include:

- Researching creative promotional product solutions to serve the needs of our fun and diverse client base

- Forming a deep knowledge base of suppliers and the innovative products they offer. This may include attending trade shows.

- Working with suppliers to establish price points that are within an acceptable range for our firm and our clients' budgets

- Working with our internal designer to create mock-ups that WOW prospects and clients

- Working with senior management to develop a long-range plan to maintain and grow our existing client relationships

- Working with the Dolphin Creative team to preserve our culture which we believe is a differentiator in the industry

- 2+ years experience in promotional products, preferably in customer service/account management - Customer-centric, flawless phone skills, outgoing, creative, quick thinker, hard-working, highly organized, multi-tasker
